As of February 28th, 2025, Mercantile Service, Inc. (MSI) has been acquired by Ross, Stuart & Dawson Inc. (RSD). After 50 years of dedicated service to the collection industry, Larry Sakala has decided to retire and focus on spending quality time with his family and pursue other post-retirement endeavors. His desire was to find a partner that could continue to provide world-class service to MSI’s long-term clients on a local and national level.
RSD is a Michigan-based agency with 50 years of experience in the B2B space, is certified by the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), and is known for delivering excellent results and top-notch client service.
